안녕하세요! 텔레비전을 통해 모든 사람이 주인공이 되는 그림을 그리는 김다인 작가입니다:) 스마트폰이 없던 그 시절, 우리는 항상 거실에 모여 있었다. 모두가 좋아하는 프로그램을 보기 위해 숙제를 빨리 하거나 식사를 금방 마치고 그렇게 ‘텔레비전’ 앞으로 달려가곤 하였다. ‘텔레비전’ 앞 한 자리에 나란히 둘러 앉아 웃고 울고 떠들며 즐거워했던 그때를 나는 좋은 기억으로 남아 있으며, 여전히 나에게는 하루 중 하나의 일상이기도 한다. 그리고 가끔은 그리운 것일지도 모른다. ‘텔레비전’은 언제나 우리에게 삶에 대한 다양한 메시지를 전달한다. 우리는 이것을 통해 삶의 喜怒哀樂을 보고 느끼고 삶의 지혜를 얻기도 한다. 나는 ‘텔레비전’이라는 매개체를 통해 삶으로부터 나타나는 얼굴을 담아내려고 한다. ‘텔레비전’에 등장하는 인물들은 작가가 바라보는 사람들의 감정을 세심하게 느끼며 표현하였다. 이러한 작업을 통해 작가는 사람을 기억하고 추억하고자 하는 방법을 찾은 것이다. 그리고 ‘텔레비전’은 한 사람의 ‘인생’, 그 인생의 주인공으로 표현하여 ‘나’라는 자아와 또 다른 자아들의 세계를 펼치고자 한다. 누구든 우리는 인생의 주인공임을 잊지 말아야 하며, 모든 이들이 ‘주인공’처럼 살아가기를 바라는 메시지 또한 전달하고자 한다.

Hello! Kim Da-in is a writer who draws a picture where everyone becomes the main character through television:) In those days when there were no smartphones, we were always gathered in the living room. To watch everyone's favorite programs, I would do my homework quickly or finish my meal quickly and run to 'television'. I remember the time when I sat side by side in front of 'television', laughing, crying, talking, and having fun remains a good memory, and it is still a daily routine for me. And sometimes it may be something I miss. Television always sends us a variety of messages about life. Through this, we see and feel the 喜怒哀樂 of life and gain wisdom in life. I try to capture the face that appears from life through the medium of 'television'. The characters in 'television' carefully felt and expressed the emotions of the people the artist looked at. Through this work, the artist found a way to remember and remember people. And 'television' is expressed as a person's 'life' and the protagonist of that life to unfold the world of 'I' and other selves. We should not forget that anyone is the protagonist of our lives, and we also want to convey a message that we want everyone to live like the 'heroine'.
